PJ Gruetzmacher

Patrick J. "P.J." Gruetzmacher

Chief Executive Officer and President

Patrick (PJ) Gruetzmacher was named Chief Executive Officer and President of LAI International in July 2012. He has more than 32 years of experience in aerospace, defense and electronics manufacturing industries, including businesses with a large, global reach in high-tech manufacturing.

He has served in executive management, sales and marketing, program management, operations, engineering, product development and supply chain management roles, specializing in commercialization, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. He has held executive management positions at Pacific Scientific Energetics Materials Company, a subsidiary of Danaher Corp., Aero Precision Industries, Honeywell, Inc. and Hamilton Sundstrand (now UTAS), a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation.

PJ has a bachelor's degree in operations from DeVry University, and an MBA in management from Western International University. He is a lifetime member of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics as well as APICS Certified (CPIM).

Kevin McGlinch

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin has served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of FTS International, Inc. since November 2010. He joined FTS International, Inc. in September 2008 as the Corporate Controller and served as the Chief Financial Officer from November 2008 to November 2010. During the year and a half prior to joining FTS, Kevin worked for Vought Aircraft Industries, Inc. as their Corporate Controller. Prior to his job at Vought Aircraft, Mr. McGlinch worked for two years as the Controller of EDSCO Fasteners. He has 25 years of finance and accounting experience with leading manufacturers such as Sherwin-Williams, Stanley, Newell Rubbermaid, and Vought Aircraft.


Marlon Johnson

East Operations

Marlon was named Site Leader of LAI International's East Operations in 2015. He brings more than 15 years of experience in Aerospace, Steel, and Aviation Maintenance Operations servicing domestic and international markets. He has served as a Plant Manager, Operations & Product Manager, Senior Foreman, and Process Engineer spear heading innovation, growth, product development, and supply chain management opportunities using continuous improvement and lean manufacturing skills. He has satisfied Customers through these managerial roles with Mittal Steel, Silverstal Inc., Alcore Inc., and National Gypsum with commitment and dedication to exceptional Quality standards and driving Operations with low cost initiatives.

Marlon served in the United States Marine Corps and was active in two Operations exercising Superior leadership receiving 2 Naval Achievement Medals and a Naval Commendation Medal. Johnson holds a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business & Supply Chain Management from University of Maryland University College.


Lorrie Ritter

Human Resources Manager

Lorrie joined LAI in 2010 and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2014. She has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience in the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining LAI, she held various positions in Human Resources, including Associate Relations Specialist for leading global automotive interior components Supplier, International Automotive Components (formerly Lear Corporation). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management and serves as an Advisory Board member for Southern Maine Community College and Central Maine Community College for candidate/applicant sourcing and providing input on curriculum and course content.

Lorrie is a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College, studied in the business curriculum at Wilson College, and is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in the field of Human Resources.
