LAI uses diagnostic testing devices to evaluate the accuracy of the motion system on waterjet cutter machine tools to verify that they are within tolerances. The device on the machine head feeds data to a laptop computer where specially designed software analyzes the data and provides a map of the motion and dimensional accuracy data. This is part of the preventive maintenance evaluation of waterjet machines at LAI. From waterjet machining to medical laser cutting, you can count on LAI for all of your precision work.
