Company supports HondaJet as supplier to HF120 engine program

ARIZ., Jan. 25, 2011 — LAI International, Inc., strategic supplier of
precision components and subassemblies for original equipment
manufacturers, today announced it has received recognition from Honda
Aircraft Engines for supporting the HF120 engine program as a supplier.

Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, the HF120 achieved a major milestone with a
first flight on a conforming HondaJet aircraft. We recognize and are
thankful to your team's relentless support to make this a reality for
Honda. We appreciate your support and trust this to be the beginning of

Aircraft Engines R&D Center, and Masahiko Izumi, President and CEO,
Honda Aero, Inc., said in a letter to LAI International's manufacturing
team.
“At
Honda, the pursuit of our dreams to enhance human mobility has to date
lead us to develop and manufacture engines for both land and sea. With
the launch of the HF120, we have begun to develop engines for the air,
as well,” Waragai and Izumi said in the letter.
The HondaJet aircraft achieved its 51-minute
first flight on a FAA-conforming HondaJet Dec. 20, 2010, from Honda
Aircraft Company's world headquarters, Greensboro, N.C.
