in ACG aerospace panel
Group to discuss challenges facing
global aerospace industry
A
panel of aerospace industry executives, including Stewart Cramer,
president of LAI International, will meet in Phoenix, Ariz., May 11,
2010, at an event organized by the Association of Corporate Growth of Arizona.
PHOENIX, May 4, 2010 — Stewart Cramer, president of LAI International,
Inc., a strategic supplier of precision components and subassemblies
for original equipment manufacturers, will participate May 11 in an
aerospace panel discussion organized by the Association of Corporate
Growth of Arizona.
“Launching Business in the Aerospace Industry,”
sponsored by the Association of Corporate Growth of Arizona, is slated
for 7-11 a.m at the Grand Ballroom of the Arizona Biltmore
Resort and Spa, Phoenix, Ariz.
Cramer will join fellow panelists William Ankrom,
CEO of Vitron Manufacturing Solutions, and Robert Johnson, former CEO
of Honeywell Aerospace and Dubai Aerospace Enterprise. Barry Broome,
president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Ecomonic Council, will act as
the moderator of the panel.
“This distinguished panel of leading aerospace
executives will gather to discuss the global aerospace industry and its
specific challenges and impact on Arizona’s economy — especially in
light of the recent economic downturn,” the ACG reported.
The event will feature a question-and-answer
format in which panelists will discuss how their companies are involved
in the aerospace industry, why Arizona is a good place for business,
how the economy has affected business and what the future holds for the
industry.
