   Bartle, who is based at LAI’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz., leads strategic business development initiatives for LAI's commercial and defense aerospace markets.
   Bartle, a flight officer with the U.S. Navy, earned a master’s degree in business at Thunderbird School of Global Management, Glendale, Ariz., and a bachelor’s of science degree in aerospace engineering at the U.S. Naval Academy.
