Multiple-head, high-speed laser positioning systems offer cost-effective solutions for your short-run or high-volume manufacturing needs. We offer laser machining using from 30 to 5,000 watts of power and advanced material processing for a variety of high-temperature alloys. Our processes include conventional laser cutting, laser cutting of thin materials, laser clean cutting, five-axis laser machining, laser heat-treating, laser hole-drilling, laser drilling of composites, laser machining of tubes and pipes, laser profile machining and laser welding.

We can cut round or square tubing, from 0.020 inches to 24 inches diameter and to 20 feet in length. LAI has multiple tumblers for in-house parts finishing. We offer burr-free cutting, and our six axis rotary tube center will automatically index and cut to length.
LAI cuts tubing of all shapes and sizes made from steel, stainless steel, high-nickel alloy and more.
